Independent, evidence-based challenge from people who have run businesses. Sandi has served on audit, remuneration & governance committees across private, public & charity boards. Rod has set up & run two charities. We act as critical friends, helping organisations improve performance, launch new ventures, get value from advisers & plan succession.

A good chair clarifies objectives, keeps time, shares the floor & closes with clear actions. Sandi is a trained mediator & uses the same skills to run board meetings, conferences & debates, and to resolve disputes before they reach court.

Workshops & courses in leadership, interpersonal skills, conflict management, marketing & sales. Recent work includes unconscious bias seminars across the UK, sponsored by Cushman & Wakefield, for their staff & others in the property sector.

Keynotes & chairing on diversity, project management & the social impact of construction & engineering. Recent venues: House of Commons, Wall Street Journal Women in Business Summit (Paris), Leeds University, Construction News Summit 2017, National Women in Property Conference.
